At Qours, we strive to provide you with a seamless learning experience. If for any reason you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund, we’re here to assist you. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Course Cancellation

  • Individual Courses: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in an individual course, you may do so within 2 days of purchase to receive a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided for individual course enrollments.
  • Subscription Plans: For subscribers, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that refunds will not be issued for the remaining subscription period. You will continue to have access to the courses until the end of your subscription term.

Refund Eligibility

  • Quality Concerns: If you encounter any issues with the course content or delivery that significantly affect your learning experience, please reach out to our support team within 30 days of enrollment. We will work with you to address your concerns and provide a refund if necessary.
  • Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties preventing you from accessing or completing a course, please contact us for assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team via email at [email protected] or through our live chat during business hours. Provide details of your enrollment and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Verification: Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or documentation to verify your eligibility for a refund.
  3. Processing: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the enrollment.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy:

  • Refunds will not be provided for courses that have been completed or accessed beyond the specified refund period.
  • No refunds will be issued for promotional or discounted enrollments.
  • Refunds are not available for group or corporate enrollments. Please refer to your group agreement for cancellation terms.
